Back 2 Basics Pediatric Therapy is a small, boutique clinic specializing in feeding and pediatric occupational therapy . We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team and help children and teens reach their full potential.

Position Overview:

• Provide occupational therapy and feeding therapy to children and adolescents (birth–19 years).
• Full-time, part-time, or contract options (25–40 hours/week).
• In-person outpatient clinic with some telehealth flexibility.
• Work in either Howard County (Marriottsville) or Frederick County locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy and feeding evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy sessions in-office and virtually.
• Monitor progress toward goals and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (required).
• Active Maryland OT license (required).
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Team-oriented, compassionate, and organized.
