We'll train you on the tools, techniques, and safety standards that set Valmont apart. **Your Responsibilities Include** + Performing MIG welding on structural steel components + Reading basic blueprints and work instructions + Inspecting welds and ensuring product quality + Following safety procedures and reporting issues + Working closely with team members to meet production goals **What You Bring** We're looking for motivated individuals who want to work hard, learn fast, and build something that matters. **Ideal Candidates Have** + A strong work ethic and willingness to learn + Basic familiarity with hand tools or power tools + Interest in welding or fabrication work + Ability to follow instructions and work safely + High school diploma or GED preferred + No prior welding experience required - we'll train you **Your Work Has Purpose** Every weld you make supports real-world systems - from lighting highways to powering farms to keeping communities connected.
