Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Salary and Benefits

• Base salary: $180,000 to $220,000 (dependent on experience)
• Sign-on bonus: Paid 50% upfront, 50% after one year
• Relocation assistance: Up to $5,000
• 4-day work week (Monday – Thursday)
• CME: 1 week and $3,500 annually
• 3 weeks paid vacation + sick time (accrued)
• 10–11 paid holidays annually
• Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision
• 403(b) retirement with 1:1 match up to $3,500
• DEA and license reimbursement
• NHSC and State Loan Repayment eligible
• Work at one of two sites (no inter-site travel required)
• Office currently closed Fridays but preference to reopen

Responsibilities

• Provide general dentistry services including dentures, impressions, and delivery
• Pediatric and adult patient population
• Work collaboratively with a long-standing hygienist and newer providers
• Help guide and support less experienced dental team members
• Opportunity to take on leadership as Oral Health Director if interested

Requirements

• Clear and active dental license (or eligibility) in the state of Wisconsin
• Open to new graduates and seasoned providers
• Willingness to mentor early-career dentists
• Comfort treating pediatric patients
• H1B and J1 visa support available
