An established and growing clinician-owned pediatric private practice is seeking a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join its team in Frisco, Texas. This role offers flexible scheduling, a supportive interdisciplinary environment, and opportunities for both professional and personal growth.

Position Overview

• Flexible options: Contractor, full or part-time scheduling available
• Contractor OT: $45/hour treatment, $35/supervision, $55/hour treatment on Saturday (3–6 PM) and Sunday, $70 per evaluation
• Part or full-time OT: $31–$38/hour (based on experience)
• Part-time roles include benefits such as PTO, paid holidays, 401(k), and more

Qualifications

• Active Texas state license in Occupational Therapy
• Minimum of one year of pediatric OT experience preferred
