We believe that everyone deserves to be cared for with compassion and dignity, and we strive to add a personal touch as we serve our clients. Hours * Part-time Registered Nursing Hours. Will take new clients on a case by case basis in the Boulder/Broomfield area with the potential to build up a caseload. Benefits * Medical, Dental, Vision (over 30 hours) * Flexible Hours * Paid Training Job Description We are searching for a nurse who can assist our nursing team as needed with the following tasks: * Keep skilled client records updated * Can develop and implement a plan of care that meets each patient's specific needs according to supervising MD orders and with agency policies and procedures.

• Prepare POC and fax to doctor for signature

Counsels the patient and/or family in meeting nursing and related needs. * Continually communicates patient care to office staff, involved clinicians, and supervising MDs to ensure that every single patient receives the care that they deserve and need. * Completing intake/assessment of new clients

• Ensure State standards are met and being followed
• Taking case load of new clients for RN visits
• Other assignments as needed
