Job Description

Our client is hiring an Executive Coordinator & Personal Assistant to act as the right hand to the Founder. This job is a truly a mix of business and personal work.  You’ll manage priorities, streamline communication, prepare for key meetings, and handle personal logistics that help maximize time. The role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn and likes building structure. 

  • Salary: 150-200k + Bonus; fully paid benefits, 401k
  • Hours:5 days in office; 8:00-5:00

Responsibilities:

  • Keep a rolling view of tasks, commitments, and deadlines to maintain seamless execution.
  • Prepare background materials, briefing notes, and research; document discussion points and ensure follow-through on next steps.
  • Proactively manage scheduling, creating protected time for deep work, strategic thinking, and preparation.
  • Live in the executives inbox; highlighting what requires immediate attention, respond to messages, etc.
  • Host brief morning check-ins to align on priorities, key updates, and focus areas.
  • Manage key family dates, calendars, and travel arrangements.
  • Help hire household staff
  • Support routines and logistics for fitness, family activities, and self-development.

Required Qualifications:

  • Organized and adaptable
  • Emotionally intelligent — knows when to act, when to push, and when to give space.
  • Comfortable creating order with little direction
  • 7–10 years of experience in a fast-paced finance environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience doing personal work
  • Tech- and systems-savvy
