We are seeking an Entry-Level Marketing Associate to represent our charity partners at local events, community centers, and retail locations. This is an entry-level opportunity with full paid training and a comprehensive benefits package , perfect for candidates passionate about helping others, connecting with their community, and supporting meaningful causes.
Serve as a professional and compassionate Brand Representative for nonprofit partners
Support event coordination, setup, and in-store outreach activities
Represent charitable missions through public relations and community engagement
Assist with event planning and grassroots fundraising initiatives
Take on Team Lead responsibilities as needed during events
Provide excellent customer service to donors, supporters, and event attendees
Help identify and recruit new outreach associates as the program grows
Support training and mentorship of new team members
Passion for nonprofit work, charity, community outreach, or fundraising
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and enthusiasm for supporting charitable missions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for extended periods during events
Desire to succeed while making a meaningful social impact
