Job Title: Change Lead
Location: Remote (Preferred: Fort Collins or Denver Metro Area)
Contract Duration: 10/2025 – 10/2026

Pay Rate: $130–$140/hour

Employment Type: W-2 or 1099

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Change Lead to guide a year-long organizational transformation involving a Salesforce platform rollout and a new customer-facing website compliant with Colorado accessibility standards. This role will drive change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and communication planning across business units and executive leadership. This position is mostly remote, with occasional travel to Fort Collins.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a structured change management strategy aligned with Salesforce implementation.
• Lead stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and adoption planning.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and engagement strategies.
• Build and maintain communication and training plans.
• Collaborate with project management and executive teams to embed change principles into execution.
• Track adoption metrics and adjust change strategy based on performance and feedback.
• Support leadership and frontline staff during the transition to new digital tools and processes.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Change Management or Organizational Development.
• Proven leadership in large-scale system implementations or customer experience transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Deep familiarity with change management frameworks and tools.
• Preferred: Prosci Change Management Certification
• Preferred: Experience in public sector or higher education environments
