Job Description

North Shore Apartments in Menasha, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Professional to support leasing, resident relations, and day-to-day property operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and looking to grow in residential property management.

You’ll work closely with the Property Manager to ensure smooth operations, high resident satisfaction, and strong leasing performance.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and greet visitors
  • Conduct property tours and guide prospects through the leasing process
  • Explain lease terms, community policies, and resident responsibilities clearly
  • Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and resident transitions
  • Support daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor services, and unit turnovers
  • Perform property inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal
  • Assist with marketing efforts to promote vacancies and maximize occupancy
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, landlord-tenant regulations, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records within property management software systems


Qualifications: 

  • Experience in leasing, property management, or residential real estate preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with property management software is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
  • Professional, positive, and approachable demeanor
