About the Role
As an Entry-Level Assistant Event Manager, you’ll learn the fundamentals of event coordination, team leadership, and campaign management. You’ll support daily event operations while developing the skills needed to run events independently and move into a management role.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing live fundraising and promotional events
Support Event Managers with scheduling, logistics, and on-site coordination
Engage with event attendees, share campaign information, and represent nonprofit partners
Guide and motivate team members during events
Learn to track event performance and complete daily reports
Help ensure event brand standards and partner expectations are met
Maintain a positive, professional, and high-energy presence at all times
