We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Work From Home Travel Coordinator to help clients organize and book unforgettable travel experiences. In this role, you'll assist travelers with every part of their journey from destination planning to booking accommodations and activities.
This is a remote position, giving you the freedom to work from home while helping people create amazing travel memories across the globe.
Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets
Research destinations, accommodations, flights, and activities that best fit client requests
Coordinate and confirm bookings for transportation, hotels, tours, and travel packages
Provide clients with trip details, travel documentation, and helpful destination insights
Manage changes or updates to itineraries as needed
Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after each trip
Stay informed about travel policies, safety updates, and emerging destinations
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer support is an advantage (but not required)
Basic computer literacy; training on booking tools will be provided
