Position: Weekend Receptionist (12-Hour Shift)
Location: Charlotte, FL
Shift: Part-Time, Weekends (12-Hour Shift)
Salary: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Position Overview
Charlotte Bay Rehab and Care Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Weekend Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our facility, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors, residents, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and assist visitors, residents, and team members.
Manage a multi-line telephone system and accurately relay messages.
Monitor and document all individuals entering and exiting the facility, including visitors, employees, and vendors.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries promptly and efficiently.
Support administrative staff with additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum of one (1) year of clerical or receptionist experience, or completion of a secretarial science program from an accredited school or college.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
Strong customer service and teamwork orientation.
Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a busy environment.
