Venture Smarter seeks a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our innovative team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be key in creating seamless and visually appealing user experiences that drive engagement and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to create user-friendly designs that meet business and technical requirements.
• Conduct user research, including usability testing and user feedback sessions, to understand user needs and pain points.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Ensure consistency across all digital products and maintain design systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Continuously iterate on designs to improve the user experience.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and quality of design implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a product or digital environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
