TEMP Nanny | Weston, CT Compensation: $30–$35/hr based on experience

A loving family in Weston is seeking a nurturing and safety-conscious nanny to care for their 16-month-old son. The family is open to both full-time and part-time candidates, with the exact schedule dependent on the mother’s return-to-work status.

About the Position

• Schedule: Part-time candidates (25–30 hrs/week) with potential to become Full-Time (Ideally Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm)
• Primary Focus: Loving care for one toddler, ensuring a balance of indoor play, outdoor play, and structured activities.
• Additional Needs: Light cooking for the child, driving to local activities (family car provided), and general child-related support.

About the Child

• Boy, 16 months: Adventurous, funny, and active. Loves running, dancing, and playing with toys. Enjoys story time, toddler gym, and other local classes. Takes one nap per day.

Household

• Pets: One Golden Retriever, Scout. Friendly and can be kept separate if needed—just need a nanny who is comfortable around dogs.
• Parents: Primarily work from home but do not “pop in” or micromanage.

Requirements

• Infant and toddler care experience
• CPR/First Aid certified
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record (MVR required)
• Comfortable driving to activities (car provided)
• Able to lift ~30 lbs and navigate stairs
• Safety-focused and up to date on best practices (feeding, supervision, outdoor play, etc.)Vaccinations required: TDAP, MMR, Flu (at minimum)

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $30–$35/hr, based on experience
• Benefits Offered: Paid holidays, vacation, sick/personal days, year-end bonus, and other bonuses

Days Off: Holidays, sick days, personal days
