🔮 About the Role
As a Technical Writer at Solace, you will be responsible for developing and executing copy that drives positive customer perception, experience, and retention. You are a self-starter interested in working on a broad set of in-house initiatives and taking on significant direct ownership responsibility.
The Technical Writer is responsible for supporting engineering, design and product management across Solace’s products.
This individual contributor role is for the ambitious, the curious and those who don't shy away from feedback. You will report directly to our co-founder and Chief Product Officer.

Rapidly create powerful copy while laughing in the face of potential failure. Writer’s block? You don’t know her.
Serve as a go-to liaison between product and cross-functional partners to support strong user-facing language in all written documentation.
Aggressively meet deadlines.
Learn and become a guardian of the Solace brand and user expectations, upholding standards and best practices across every touchpoint.
