Positon Summary

As an Under Armour Rookie you’ll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact. Throughout the 12 weeks you’ll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors. With our focus on cross-functional collaboration and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.

Placement Area

Talent Acquisition
Our Talent Acquisition Rookies take on a hands-on experience attracting top talent to join the Under Armour team. You’ll support recruiting strategies, candidate engagement, and hiring initiatives that help build the future of our brand.

Talent Development
Our Talent Development Rookies focuses on creating programs that help teammates grow and thrive. You’ll contribute to learning initiatives, leadership development, and career growth experiences that keep our team at the top of its game.

Teammate Relations
The Teammate Relations Internship gives you an inside look at how we support and strengthen our culture. You’ll assist in addressing teammate needs, driving engagement, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone on the team.

Benefits & Compensation
As a Compensation & Benefits Rookie, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting projects that drive fairness, competitiveness, and employee wellbeing. You’ll assist with analyzing compensation data, researching market trends, and helping to enhance our benefits and compensation programs. This role is a great opportunity to learn how total rewards strategies impact talent attraction, retention, and overall employee experience.

HR Analytics & HR Systems
The HR Analytics/Systems intern will assist with the administration and optimization of our HR systems and processes. This role will involve supporting data management, system troubleshooting, and process improvements, providing a hands-on opportunity to learn about HR operations and technology. 

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program (expected graduation between December 2026 - July 2027).
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Workplace Location

• Baltimore, MD headquarters office. 
• Relocation assistance provided.
• Hybrid or fully in-office work schedule.
