The successful candidate will be able to perform a variety of routine to complex clerical and administrative tasks in support of college and department operations under limited supervision. This candidate will provide professional customer and public service as required. This administrative assistant will be responsible for the compilation of monthly, annual, and specialized reports for the College. The ideal candidate will supervise student employees and will interact with members of the campus community including but not limited to the Board of Trustees, faculty, staff, students, alumni, contractors, vendors, and the general public. The position reports to the Dean of the College of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
QualificationsRequires a Bachelor's or an Associate degree, supplemented by three to five years of responsible secretarial or accounting experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
