Skip Recovery Administrator
Location Fort Worth, TX (Alliance Area) | Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote after training)

ROLE IMPACT
The Skip Recovery Administrator supports the Collections Skip Recovery Department by ensuring timely and accurate document processing for post–charge-off accounts. This role focuses on maintaining data integrity, supporting vendor communication, and improving workflow efficiency within the skip recovery process. Success is defined by accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in documentation and vendor assignments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Compile account notes into PDF documents and upload them, along with related materials, into internal systems for vendor access.
• Create and maintain daily spreadsheets tracking all new skip recovery accounts.
• Monitor and respond promptly to urgent email document requests.
• Review and perform basic skip tracing on newly charged-off accounts before assigning them to external skip vendors.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Comfortable working in a primarily non-phone, administrative role.
