EchoStar has an exciting opportunity for a Shipping, Mail and Repro Clerk in our Hughes Network Systems division. This position will be located at our headquarters in Germantown, MD .

Key Responsibilities:

• Sorting, distributing, and posting mail
• Printing and production of documentation and company materials
• Running equipment such as scanners, binders, paper folders, and laminators
• Stocking paper throughout the facilities
• Providing minor maintenance to Xerox and HP office equipment
• Accepting deliveries from the loading dock
• Pack equipment and materials for shipping using UPS
• Provide in-person and phone support to customers' requests and inquiries

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be U.S. person (e.g., U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident) as position requires access to U.S. export restricted materials

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lb. paper box a short distance.
• Good customer service skills
• Familiar with a PC Windows environment that includes Microsoft Office
• Experience running and using large-volume networked copiers and printers
• Ability to use GBC and similar binding machines
• Have good organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and quickly respond to customer requests
• Knowledge of USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other forms of mail and package shipping is a plus
• Previous experience with FedEx Office, UPS Store, Staples, or similar print & ship shop

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
