As our B2B SEO Growth Strategist, youll build and execute the strategy that puts us everywhere our buyers are searching. Youll have the freedom to move fast, test bold ideas, and directly shape the digital future of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a search-dominant presence: build and execute an aggressive SEO strategy that puts us at the top of search results in a multi-billion-dollar market
Leverage high-impact content: turn case studies, press releases, and product pages into authority-driving, lead-generating assets
Optimize relentlessly: overhaul and maintain our WordPress site for maximum speed, crawlability, and conversion
Scale organic traffic fast: use analytics, keyword data, and rapid iteration to deliver double- and triple-digit growth in organic leads
Align growth with business goals: work directly with leadership to ensure SEO drives measurable revenue impact
What Were Looking For :
5+ years of SEO growth experience with a proven track record of driving traffic and ranking wins.
WordPress expertise (front-end design + back-end optimization).
Skilled in Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and technical SEO tools.
Entrepreneurial mindset thrives in a build-and-scale environment, takes ownership, and moves fast.
Data-driven strategist who loves experimenting, measuring, and doubling down on what works.
Bonus: experience in golf or sports equipment
