Job Title: SDET/QE Engineer with Pega Gateway Experience

Duration: long term contract

Position: Remote (Must be in India)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium and C#.
• Implement reusable components and libraries to streamline test development and execution.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and faster deployments.
• Develop and execute automated tests for RESTful and SOAP APIs using tools like Postman or RestSharp.
• Validate request/response payloads, authentication mechanisms, and error handling.
• Perform load and performance testing on APIs to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with Pega developers to validate workflows, data routing, and gateway integrations.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of Pega applications, ensuring business logic and UI consistency.
• Troubleshoot and log defects related to Pega Gateway functionality and performance.
• Write complex SQL queries to validate backend data across relational databases.
• Perform data integrity checks, source-to-target validation, and ETL testing.
• Support data migration and transformation testing during system upgrades or integrations.
• Lead test planning, estimation, and execution across Agile teams.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies, requirement reviews, and defect triage meetings.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
