Position Overview:
Join a high-end skincare and treatment team as a Sales Manager where your primary goal is to drive sales through personalized client consultations. You'll introduce spa packages, explain skincare benefits, and close sales while maintaining a luxury client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Present treatment options and convert leads into loyal clients
Maintain detailed knowledge of products and services
Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism
Contribute to a supportive and performance-focused team culture
Preferred Background:
At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong sense of professionalism and enthusiasm for skincare
Contract Type: W9 / 1099
Pay Structure: $3,000 base + uncapped commission
