A Psychiatrist is needed in St. Louis, MO.

• Salary range: $195,000 - $295,000 annually (based on experience)
• Student loan repayment: up to $110,000
• Health insurance: employer contributes more than 70%

• Flexible scheduling: 5-day or 4-day work week options available
• Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children and adults in an outpatient setting
• Collaborate with primary care physicians, nurses, psychologists, and social workers
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and mental health education
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR system

• MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry
• Clear and active Missouri medical license or ability to obtain
• Experience in outpatient or integrated care settings preferred
• Comfortable treating a wide range of patient populations (children and adults)
• Compassionate and team-oriented approach to care
