In this role, you’ll represent brands and community campaigns at live events and public promotions. You’ll interact directly with customers, share brand messages, and ensure a positive, engaging experience for everyone you meet.
Responsibilities:
Represent client campaigns at live events and retail promotions
Interact with customers, answer questions, and distribute promotional materials
Support event setup, logistics, and on-site organization
Track engagement and provide feedback to improve future events
Deliver friendly, professional customer service at every interaction
Work closely with marketing and outreach teams to achieve goals
We’re seeking individuals who are driven, people-focused, and eager to grow . Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful—but not required .
