A regional leader in Building Technology solutions has an opportunity for an  Operations Manager to lead, support, and grow a branch in the Raleigh area. This person would initially need to wear multiple hats as this a new expansion and in its beginning stages. This person would be encouraged to operate the department in a method they see best.

• Experience with industry specific project management and/or operations in a leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of access control, CCTV, intrusion systems.
• Work with the senior leadership team on direction and operation of the branch.
• Ability to manage technicians and other operations personnel.
