This role is designed for an experienced project manager who thrives in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment and wants to contribute to operational excellence. The Project Manager, Operations will lead multidisciplinary and multi-site initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. This position involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders to maintain alignment and motivation. The ideal candidate will help optimize operational processes while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement across the organization. This is a remote-friendly role with occasional travel requirements and a Monday–Friday day shift schedule.

Accountabilities

• Define, plan, implement, and report on project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple sites, ensuring alignment, engagement, and motivation throughout project lifecycles.
• Monitor project progress and address issues to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
• Provide clear and concise updates to leadership and stakeholders, utilizing project management tools and reporting methods.
• Maintain high-quality service to internal and external customers while supporting operational excellence.
• Facilitate collaboration across departments to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or CBAP certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management leadership, preferably in clinical lab, biotech, or pharmaceutical environments.
• Proven experience leading strategic projects, including design, planning, oversight, and reporting.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Demonstrated ability to track operational and technical project components, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting updates to senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as project needs dictate.
