Our production team is Union and we make the highest quality products in the corrugated industry! 2nd Shift: 3pm-1am We work 8 to 10 -hour shifts, 5 days and every other Saturday. You may be asked to work overtime in addition to the OT hours already built into your schedule. OT over 40 hours is paid at time and ½. We are a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing facility. Our Production Team member will safely perform a wide range of tasks, conducting quality checks, material set-up, machine set up and maintain a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safely, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery and high powered equipment. Manufacturing experience or similar experience is preferred * Willingness and ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, operate powered equipment, and other duties as assigned * Ability to push, pull, bend, squat, lift, reach and kneel for up to 12 hours a day and push or pull up to 25 pounds on a frequent basis. You must be able to stand for up to 12 hour shifts. Our plant gets very hot in the summer. We take safety seriously. * Ability to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on your position. We cannot guarantee shift availability * Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills * Reliable transportation * We count on our team and your co-workers count on you. The salary for this position is $21.53 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, Employees accrue paid vacation/sick time at a rate of 3.34 hours per month. Accrued time becomes eligible for use upon completion of 1,500 hours of work, and 13 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change.
