Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Production Management
  • Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to meet production targets.
  • Manage daily production schedules, labor resources, and equipment utilization.
  • Monitor production KPIs and drive continuous improvement in efficiency, cost, and throughput.
  • Lead, coach, and develop production teams to maintain high performance and morale.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and promote a safe work environment.
Quality Assurance
  • Ensure all products meet internal quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for quality issues and non-conformances.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to develop and implement quality control procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with ISO standards, GMP, or other relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Analyze quality data and use it to drive process improvements.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Quality departments.
  • Support new product introductions and process validations.
  • Participate in audits and regulatory inspections as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, with 2+ years of quality oversight.
  • Strong understanding of quality systems such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or similar.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data-driven production planning.
Preferred Skills:
  • Certification in Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) or Lean Manufacturing.
Language Skills : Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization

Math Skills : Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

Reasoning Skills : Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
