• Contract Duration: 12 months
• Worksite Location:  Minneapolis, MN | Hybrid
• Compensation: $41.00-$48.00 per hour

What you’ll do as the Print Production Marketing Manager:

• Lead production efforts for in-store marketing elements across multiple categories
• Review vendor production specifications and mechanical files to ensure accuracy
• Collaborate with teams across locations, including international partners, to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
• Prepare and manage project estimates, ensuring alignment with budgets while maintaining quality standards
• Act as the liaison between creative, design, vendors, and cross-functional teams to translate concepts into accurate production outputs
• Ensure alignment on color accuracy, material choices, and timelines with all stakeholders
• Understand store layouts and hardware systems to create effective, store-specific solutions
• Support standardization efforts by developing scalable, repeatable approaches for in-store marketing executions
• Anticipate challenges and develop creative, innovative solutions to refine processes and production techniques

What you’ll bring to the Print Production Marketing Manager role:

• Bachelors Degree
• 3+ years of experience in print production with a strong understanding of end-to-end production processes
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
• Ability to balance multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities while maintaining high-quality standards
