**Job Title:** Overnight Member Services Representative (MSR)

**Location:** Planet Fitness, Appleton East

**Job Summary:**
Join the Planet Fitness team as an Overnight Member Services Representative (MSR) at our Appleton East location. As an MSR, you will be the face of our club during overnight hours, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for all members. This role is pivotal in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facility while providing top-notch customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests, addressing inquiries and concerns with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Assist with member check-ins and manage front desk operations efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring club policies and standards are upheld.
- Conduct regular facility checks and ensure equipment is in working order.
- Handle membership inquiries, sign-ups, and cancellations with professionalism and accuracy.
- Facilitate a welcoming and positive atmosphere by engaging with members and promoting club activities.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety protocols are adhered to throughout your shift.
- Support other team members in maintaining a clean, sanitary, and well-functioning gym environment.

**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Comfortable working independently during overnight hours.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and manage stressful situations with a calm demeanor.
- Basic computer skills for processing memberships and transactions.

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to remain standing for extended periods during your shift.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds as necessary.
- Comfortable with frequent cleaning and sanitation tasks, including equipment and facility maintenance.
