Job Description

Part-Time Executive Assistant

Business owner seeking a part-time, in-office, Personal Executive Assistant to manage and assist in day-to-day business and personal tasks. Located at Lake Clearwater in Indianapolis- this position is ideal for someone who is strong in multi-tasking, tech-savvy, and proficient with numbers. I am looking for someone who is located in the area and flexible with their time.

This position has an incredibly broad and eclectic mix of tasks- juggling personal and professional duties throughout the week. These may include online research, updating documents and files, printing reports, light record-keeping, email management, various errands, and other miscellaneous tasks.

Hours are flexible and TBD. Average 12-15 hours a week that will be generally divided between 3 days (M, W, F – preferred). This is a 1099/Independent contractor position.

Administrative Tasks

· Email management, and other administrative support

· Data Entry

· Light record-keeping

· Sending and receiving packages

· Keeping expense records

Personal Tasks

· Errands

· Managing confidential information

· Password management

Travel Planning

· Event and travel planning

· Booking flights, hotels, and rental cars

· Travel itineraries

· Travel preparation

Qualifications

· Strong project management skills including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

· Exceptional organizational and time management skills

· Solid interpersonal skills, strong initiative and good ole common sense

· Proven dependability

· Self-motivated and willing to work independently; “Getting the job done well”

· Honesty and integrity; managing confidential information with discretion and confidentiality

· Travel experience preferred

· Basic QuickBooks knowledge preferred

Compensation - $25-30/hr. depending on experience
