*Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) needed in Bothell, WA*

Join a trauma-informed multidisciplinary team of experienced OTs, PTs, and SLPs. Looking to build a caseload around a niche area of interest? Say no more!

The state-of-the-art facility features:

• Two large sensory gyms , a PT-specific gym, and an outdoor therapy area.
• Specialty spaces like a UV room, cement room (perfect for bikes), and dedicated feeding rooms.
• Individual and shared therapy rooms and a well-stocked equipment inventory.
• Communal kitchen and lunch area, complete with snacks and an espresso bar!

Position Highlights:
This role offers opportunities to specialize in areas such as sensory integration, feeding, and more. Ongoing professional growth is supported through training in the Safe and Sound Protocol and paid onboarding with CEUs. Want to build a skill set by taking a course or attending a conference? A generous CEU budget is available for you!

Position Details:

• Flexible Full-Time Hours: Choose between 36 or 40 hours per week.
• Productivity Expectations: 70-80%, with all paperwork time fully paid.
• Clinic Hours: 8:00-6:00 (last client scheduled at 5:00)
• Pay Structure: Hourly clock-in/clock-out
• $84-104k/year for 40 hr weekly schedule
• (Salary ranging from $90-115k/year negotiable! Reach out!)

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years preferred; strong new graduates are welcome to apply!
• Specialty Skills: Experience in feeding therapy is a plus but not required.
• Passion for pediatrics: Must have a strong desire to work with the pediatric population long term
• Traits: Confident, outgoing, flexible, and proactive professionals who seek answers and enjoy collaboration.
