Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Longview, TX . This role will begin in our established oncology clinic, helping to build and grow our oncology service line ahead of the opening of our new, state-of-the-art Cancer Center in October 2026 .

Key Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive care for hematology and oncology patients in an outpatient clinic setting * Manage follow-up visits, monitor treatment progress, and adjust care plans as appropriate * Collaborate closely with oncologists, nursing staff, and other members of the multidisciplinary team * Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, side effects, and ongoing care * Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR and ensure continuity of care * Support the growth and development of the oncology program as patient volume increases

✅ Qualifications

* Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant * National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) * Previous experience in hematology/oncology required * Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills * Commitment to building a long-term practice and serving the community

Schedule & Compensation

* Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) * Competitive salary, commensurate with experience * Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME allowance, and 403(b) retirement plan with employer match
