• Required Procedures:
- Adult & trauma Neurosurg cases, tumor removal, brain bleed stoppage, trauma repair
- Shunt insertion/revision, cranial burr holes, intracranial pressure monitor or insertion of, intracranial hemorrhage, traumatic brain injury, neurocritical conditions.
- Ventricular taps, ventriculoperitoneal shunt/taps/reprogramming, ventriculostomy, diskectomy, laminectomy, spinal fusion
- Spine stabilization & reconstruction, placement of arterial & venous access, administration of vasoactive/sedating substances, lumbar puncture, placement of lumbar drains.
- CSF sampling from shunts/external ventricular drains, EEG interpretation, mgmt & interpretation of ICP & CCP data, external ventricular drain mgmt, application & mgmt of hypothermia.
