We are seeking an experienced Mobile Solutions Lead Specialist to drive end-to-end mobile application strategy and delivery across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in mobile technologies, architecture patterns, performance optimization, and managing complex development initiatives. This role involves leading cross-functional technical teams, aligning mobile solutions with business needs, and ensuring high-quality, scalable applications across iOS, Android, and hybrid platforms.
The candidate will serve as a technical advisor and development leader, guiding design decisions, defining best practices, and overseeing solution architecture and implementation throughout the lifecycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead mobile solution architecture, design, development, and deployment across native, hybrid, and cross-platform technologies.
Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and maintainable mobile architectures.
Provide technical leadership to development teams, including code reviews, mentoring, and hands-on support.
Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI teams, and enterprise stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery standards.
Oversee integration of mobile applications with backend systems, APIs, cloud environments, and third-party services.
Establish development standards, best practices, and performance optimization strategies.
Manage application lifecycle activities including planning, testing, release management, maintenance, and support.
Ensure mobile application security, compliance, accessibility, and data protection guidelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
Stay updated on emerging mobile technologies to drive innovation and modernization efforts.
12+ years of experience in mobile application development and architecture, with leadership experience in technical delivery.
Strong hands-on expertise in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) development.
Experience with cross-platform frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin.
Proficiency with RESTful services, GraphQL, APIs, microservices, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Solid understanding of mobile security standards, encryption, authentication, and Mobile Device Management (MDM/MAM) solutions.
Strong background in performance tuning, debugging, and mobile CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and end-to-end SDLC.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Proven ability to lead distributed teams and deliver large-scale mobile solutions.
