We want your confidence and determination to shine in all you do - join our team today!      Location/Schedule: Macon, GA / 1st shift     What We Offer:   Excellent Compensation  Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance    Health Savings Account    Life & Disability Insurance    Employee Assistance Program    Team Meetings     Employee Committees & Involvement    Bonus Incentive Program    Community Service Day    Team Events & Activities    Awesome Company Culture   What You’ll Do:   Overseeing the production process and helping where needed.  Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.  Directing employees and training them on each job as needed.  Minimizing labor hours and consumables on each job.  Monitoring the production processes and communicating adjustments of the schedule to Production Manager.  Notifying Production Manager of any malfunctioning or broken equipment.  Ensuring all tolerances are strictly adhered to as defined by the blueprints.  Communicates with the Production Manager as to the needs of his department and the status of jobs.  Working with supervisors to implement the company's policies and goals.  Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.  Supervising and motivating a team of workers.  Reviewing worker performance.  Identifying training needs.  Distributes jobs and projects ensuring the right employees are on the job.  Other duties as assigned by Management.  Who You Are:   ~ Knowledge of assembly and manufacturing operations and techniques.  ~5 or more years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.  ~ Mentoring/Training type leadership skills.  ~ Must have excellent listening skills.  ~ Must have strong attention to detail.  ~ Must be proficient in reading blueprints.  ~ Have the ability to communicate well with others, motivate, correct and maintain a productive work environment.  ~ Technically proficient with the equipment and skills utilized in the fabrication department.  ~ Have the ability to organize and manage multiple projects.  Prince Service & Manufacturing is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
