• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in transportation management or logistics.
• Proficient in transportation management software and technology.
• Valid CDL-A license with medical certification.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
• Thorough understanding of DOT / FMCSA standards and regulatory compliance.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
