Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated  Loader Forklift Operator (1st Shift) in Denver Colorado 80239 with $22.00/hr pay for a 1-month contract, temp only. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading route delivery trucks while ensuring accuracy, safety, and inventory control. This role supports daily warehouse and distribution operations by preparing products and equipment for delivery and maintaining organized loading areas. Must have Forklift experience preferred; ability to obtain certification required and physically able to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 60 pounds. – APPLY NOW!  

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, potential overtime or weekend works depending on the workloads 

Dress Code:  

Steel-toe boots required. Loaders are expected to work both indoors and outdoors due to the nature of the position.  

  

Roles and Requirements:  

Process orders and handle items such as files, books, binders, and backup tapes. The work is physically demanding, involving manual lifting, carrying, and moving of boxes while standing, stooping, crawling, kneeling, and twisting. You should be capable of independently lifting and carrying boxes ranging from 10-100 lbs regularly. Operating hand trucks and pallet jacks on varying surfaces is also a key aspect of the role. 

Essential Functions:  

• Perform tasks like walking, standing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, and bending for extended periods. 
• Independently handle gripping, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying boxes, including navigating inclines, stairs, and changes in surface/elevation 
• Read and write in English proficiently 
• Lift and move boxes, process orders, and use a proprietary computer system for tracking 
• Operate handheld scanners and maintain balance on ladders 
• Lift and carry boxes weighing up to 100 lbs. for prolonged periods 
• Expertly load, operate, and move hand carts, pallet jacks, and various material handling aids 
• Load and shrink-wrap pallets on ground level or carts, and manually load boxes onto pallets and trucks 

What we’re looking for:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Forklift experience preferred; ability to obtain certification required.
• Ability to work safely in both indoor and outdoor environments and in all weather conditions.
• Basic computer, data entry, and math skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including extended shifts and weekends as needed.
• Ability to meet company driver qualification policy requirements (location dependent).
• Physically able to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 60 pounds.
