Salary: $114,080 - 218,030 per year Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience beyond the minimum requirement may substitute for a degree.
• 6 years of software development experience demonstrating a deep technical understanding within specific disciplines or technologies.
• 4 years of experience in delivering technology solutions throughout all phases of the software systems and application development lifecycle, including leading code and design reviews.
• Basic understanding of one or more of the following programming languages and technologies: Java, Swift, Objective-C, Cobol, JavaScript, Kotlin, C++, HTML, CSS, SQL, Go, and Python.
• Proven experience in researching technical problems and generating creative, innovative solutions.
• Experienced in addressing production issues through troubleshooting applications and systems.
• Ability to clearly articulate technical challenges and propose solutions.
• Solid understanding of security coding practices and fundamental secure system principles.
• Proven experience working with cloud technologies and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, code, and test both tactical and strategic technical solutions that integrate existing systems and tools, collaborating with Engineers or Architects both within and occasionally outside of the team.
• Lead code and design reviews, communicating updates to stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate planning.
• Develop complex algorithms to address business needs.
• Investigate and resolve complex application and system issues by directing the troubleshooting of end-to-end solutions.
• Mentor and coach engineers on the design, development, and maintenance of systems; review teammates’ code.
• Influence and help shape the architecture and quality standards within the specific domain, ensuring alignment across the entire solution.
• Identify and resolve system performance issues, including addressing technical debt, and optimizing solutions.
• Ensure that risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

Compensation for this role ranges from $114,080 to $218,030, with adjustments based on your experience and market data relevant to the position.
