On behalf of my client in the UAE, I am seeking an experienced KG Coordinator that is able to join ASAP. My client is a growing school in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and is looking for someone that has a strong head for KG Academics. 

The school delivers the USA Common Core curriculum and is looking for a leader that can help raise and consistently maintain teaching and learning in the KG department. The opportunity is one where you will also be able to grow and develop yourself to go higher.

Salary Package

• TAX-FREE up to 14,000 AED per month (about £2800)

The school has a mixed bag of teachers from local Arabic backgrounds and also expatriate teachers from the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. The school is set in the main area of Ras Al Khaimah and has many amenities around the school.  The school is growing to a new purpose-built building with great facilities. The school is looking for a leader that will help KG teacher perform to a high level. The KG Coordinator will be responsible for teaching and learning and quality assurance and will carry out lesson observation and collate the KG school data to review the standard of education in the KG section.

The Requirement to Apply:

• Degree in Early Childhood
• Ideally a Masters in Early Childhood
• Have a PGCE or equivalent in Early Years
• Western Trained
• Have an excellent command of written and spoken English
• Adaptable

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:

Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification

Experience:

2 Years

Must be a native speaker of English

Newly Qualified Teachers are NOT considered

Prefer candidates with international experience

Open University qualification(s) are NOT accepted

Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted

Additional:

**Your bachelor's degree MUST be in Early Childhood
**Having a Master's is beneficial to your application
**Experience of teaching in the Middle East is beneficial to your application
**If you have experience of working in an Islamic environment/students is beneficial for you
**Offering a secondary subject, this would help your application
**Singles teachers or teaching couples with NO CHILDREN are preferred

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:

A salary from 12000 up to 14000  AED (UAE Dirham)per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE

Flights:

Flight(s) provided annual flights are provided for the teacher

Bereavement Leave:

Bereavement leave given

Emergency Evacuation:

Gratuity Amount:

Gratuity Amount of the end of service bonus pay is 3 weeks per annum completed and paid at the end of the contract is provided

Contract Length:

2 years contract renewable on mutual agreement
