Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including regular cleaning and stocking of restrooms.
- Dispose of accumulated rubbish throughout the facility and empty garbage cans in all areas of the plant.
- Report any building issues such as leaking toilets, faucets, or burnt out light bulbs to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Perform outdoor maintenance tasks such as removing snow or ice from walk paths and sidewalks in winter, and upkeep of grounds including grass cutting, weed pulling, and debris removal.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Plant Manager or other Supervision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Strong ability to consistently improve skills.
- Physical ability to work an eight-hour shift and lift up to 75 pounds at times.
