Salary: $93,770 - 179,240 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience that can be substituted for a degree. You should possess 6 years of experience in analyzing IT business processes, designing software applications/IT platforms, and IT documentation, along with an understanding of data systems and operational processes. A demonstrated understanding of application/IT platform administration and the software development life cycle, including testing execution, is essential. You should have experience in developing and maintaining documentation related to workflow and business requirements as well as the technical functionality of IT applications/IT platforms. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is also required. Familiarity with risk and controls, including identifying and addressing gaps, documenting controls, and testing, is important. Successful completion of an analyst assessment may be necessary.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, I will advise and provide analytical support and recommendations to stakeholders regarding decisions related to business and application/IT platform direction and modifications, taking into account both current and future business needs and opportunities. I will maintain an advanced understanding of business processes, applications/IT platforms, and strategic direction, facilitating the identification, research, and analysis of technology solutions. Collaborating and exchanging information with team members, stakeholders, and information services to identify and address dependencies, risks, and opportunities is crucial. I will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements for application/IT platforms and data systems, directing the testing and implementation of new systems or changes to current systems necessary to meet contractual needs and improve processes. Leading and participating in the design and administration of standards and policies regarding application/IT platforms and end-user customer documentation will also be part of my responsibilities. Furthermore, I will provide work direction and coaching to team members and may offer input on performance and development plans. Ensuring that risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures is a key responsibility.

We offer a flexible work environment that requires being in the office for 4 days per week, and this position can be located in either San Antonio or Charlotte, NC. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide relocation assistance for this role.

Our compensation range for this position is between $93,770 and $179,240, based on your experience and market data for the position. Pay incentives may be available based on overall corporate and individual performance.
