Join EFCO’s Food Safety Team

Help us protect product quality and uphold strict regulatory standards across our facility. As a Hygiene Compliance Technician, you’ll keep production equipment, packaging areas, and shared spaces sanitized to support SSOP, HACCP, FDA, and GMP requirements.

Role Highlights

• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment throughout the plant.
• Execute sanitation schedules on daily, weekly, and monthly cycles.
• Operate sanitation equipment: power scrubbers, foamers, and forklifts.
• Safely manage industrial cleaning chemicals and organized storage.
• Clean and restock restrooms, break rooms, and shared spaces.
• Complete sanitation records accurately; report food safety issues immediately.
• Provide backup coverage for the Sanitation Supervisor when needed.

Schedule

Third shift; start time 8:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and follow verbal/written instructions effectively.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of sanitation methods, safety protocols, and GMPs.
• Hands-on experience with industrial cleaning chemicals.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
