🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support teachers within a specific grade level, ensuring high-quality curriculum delivery

• Monitor student achievement and academic progress, and implement strategies for improvement

• Coordinate curriculum planning and ensure consistency in assessment and classroom practices

• Collaborate with school leadership on strategic initiatives and school improvement plans

• Facilitate regular team meetings to address student needs, teaching effectiveness, and professional development

• Act as a communication bridge between teachers, leadership, and parents

• Mentor and coach new and current teachers to support instructional excellence

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred)

• Teaching certification: PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent recognized qualification

• Minimum of 3–5 years of teaching experience, with prior coordination or leadership experience preferred

• Strong skills in curriculum planning, classroom management, and team leadership

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

• A collaborative mindset and ability to foster a culture of academic excellence
