We are seeking a motivated, skilled Laborer with hands-on experience in concrete work, landscaping, and conduit installation. The ideal candidate is hardworking, dependable, and thrives in a team environment. This position involves both physical labor and safe operation of machinery on a variety of construction projects, along with supporting electrical technicians as needed.
Assist in the construction of retaining walls, concrete pours, and other civil work.
Perform site preparation, material handling, and debris removal.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed.
Mix, pour, and finish concrete under supervision.
Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
Support skilled tradespeople by providing materials and assistance as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Local work within 100 miles of St. Louis.
Monday–Friday, standard hours of 7:00-3:30 p.m. which could be flexible based on business needs; overtime as needed.
