Are you a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving real-world problems through clean, scalable code? We're hiring Full Stack Engineers for a high-priority, internally funded project with a tight delivery timeline. In this role you will work across the stack using React/Next.js, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS on the frontend, ad Python with FastAPI on the backend. You'll design APIs (REST and gRPC), work with PostgreSQL and SQLite, and deploy to AWS as well as embedded devices.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $80 - $110 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop web UIs that provide visibility into network topology, performance metrics, and device health.

• Build backend APIs in Python and TypeScript that support real-time data retrieval, configuration management, and system orchestration.

• Develop user-facing workflows for network administration tasks such as device onboarding, policy management, or network configuration.

• Ensure reliability and quality through automated testing using tools like Jest, Cypress, and Pytest.

• Deploy applications to the cloud (AWS) and embedded devices.

Experience Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with React/Next.js and TypeScript.

• 4+ years of experience in API development using Python or TypeScript.

• Familiarity with REST and gRPC APIs and backend architecture.

• Experience with PostgreSQL, SQLite, and ORMs such as TypeORM and Prisma.

• Experience deploying applications and services to AWS.

• Build and maintain modern UIs from Figma designs.

• Write tests using Jest, Cypress, and Pytest.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
