Salary: $70,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking highly detail-oriented and organized Full Stack Developers. You should have the ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment. Strong multitasking skills, effective communication, and interpersonal abilities are essential, as is a passion for engaging with stakeholders and customers to develop software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• In this position, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers and stakeholders in designing and developing software solutions. Your key tasks will include:
• Developing and maintaining customized programs, both external and internal.
• Writing, reviewing, and upholding clean, efficient, and reliable code.
• Participating in application design processes and conducting code reviews.
• Designing, implementing, analyzing, and modifying various applications.
• Collaborating with users to establish system requirements and resolve issues.
• Preparing specifications, quotes, estimates, statements of work, and proposals.
• Documenting data requirements and simplifying complex tasks for evaluation.
• Keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies and software development methodologies.
• Managing multiple software development projects simultaneously and communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

We are looking for candidates with proficiency in the Microsoft .NET framework and other Microsoft technologies, including expertise in C#.NET and/or Visual Basic.NET. You should have strong core competency in backend and frontend development, SQL databases, and expertise in object-oriented programming (OOP) and design (OOD). An in-depth understanding of data structures and development patterns along with experience in complex systems development, application design, and requirements gathering is crucial.
