Description of the role: The Full or Part-Time Shipping & Customer Service Associate at The UPS Store in Greenville, NC, is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all retail customers. This position involves processing package for shipment, operating various office equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
