Framing Role Available **What you will be doing...** - Assist with commercial and residential new construction and remodel projects - Production framing on apartments and large commercial buildings - Custom framing on new homes - Layout and frame stick frame walls, and install prefab wall panels - Wood and steel stud framing - Perform demo work before remodeling buildings - Occasionally help with drywall or finish carpentry work - Work with various hand and power tools **What you have...** - At least two years construction experience is preferred - Specific framing experience is a plus - Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly and work with hand and power tools - Your own basic hand tools - Willingness to learn and a positive attitude - Willingness and ability to work inside and outside in various weather conditions **What you get...** - A full time (day shift) and long-term job with room for growth - Weekly pay - starts at $25 - $35/hr (depends on experience) - Opportunity for pay increases and advancement to higher roles within the company - Benefits including health insurance and 401k - Opportunity to work overtime **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
