Responsibilities - The Manager is responsible for the operations, personnel and financial management of assigned physician offices as established by departmental guidelines .
- Supports the physician offices in achieving optimum performance by ensuring continuity and quality of service and care through the daily operations management .
- Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Qualifications Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field of study
- Eight (8) or more years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
- Three (3) or more years of directly related healthcare experience
- Two (2) or more years in a supervisory capacity
